Artificial propagation and embryonic development in Ancherythroculter nigrocauda

摘要 对人工驯化的黑尾近红鲌Anoherythroculter nigrocauda进行人工药物催情、产卵和孵化,并连续观察其胚胎发育全过程。结果表明:用激素PG+HCG+LRH-A2、HCG+LRH-A2+DOM、PG+LRH-A2+DOM、HCG+LRH-A2组合催产,催产率均为100%,受精率为72.4%~97.9%,孵化率为63.8%~80.4%。黑尾近红鲌的胚胎发育时序和特征与斑马鱼Danio rerio相似,可分为7个时期。受精卵为黏性,呈淡黄色,圆形,直径为(0.94±0.05)mm。在水温为23.4~25.3℃条件下,受精卵经过25 min开始胚胎发育,45 min进入2细胞期,5 h 15 min进入囊胚期,7 h 25 min进入原肠期,10 h 15 min进入神经胚期,50 h 50%以上的仔鱼孵出。刚出膜的仔鱼体长为(4.10±0.02)mm。
Abstract: The Anoherythroculter nigrocauda were induced to spawn by intraperitioneal injection of the mixture of PG+HCG+LRH-A2,HCG+LRH-A2+DOM,PG+LRH-A2+DOM,and HCG+LRH-A2,and the embryonic development of A.nigrocauda was observed successively in this paper.The spawning success was found to be 100%,the fertilizing success 72.4%-97.9% and the hatching rates 63.8%-80.4%.The embryonic development similar to zebrafish.The round adhesive eggs were about(0.94±0.05) mm in diameter,and yellow in color.Blastodisc formation appeared at 0 h 25 min after fertilization(AF) and then the first cleavage at 0 h 45 min AF at 23.4-25.3 ℃.The blastula was observed at 5 h 15 min AF,and gastrula started at 7 h 25 min AF and neurula at 10 h 15 min AF.About 50% of the newly hatched larva had total length of(4.10±0.02)mm at 50 h AF.
