Abstract: The effects of temperature (18,22,26,30 and 34 ℃) and salinity (10,15,20,25,30 and 35)on hatching rate, growth and survival were investigated in clamDosinialaminatalarvae. The results showed that the suitable incubation temperature was found to be changed from 26 ℃ to 34 ℃,the maximal larval survival rates (77.67%±1.52%) at water temperature of 26 ℃ on day 9 post-hatching. From day 3 to day 9 post-hatching, the maximal growth rate was observed at 26 ℃,with shell length of 145.50 μm and shell height of 122.83 μm on day 9.For salinity, the maximal survival rate (73.33%±2.89%) was observed at a salinity of 25 on day 9.The best growth was found in the larvae at a salinity of 25, with shell length of 144.67 μm and shell height of 122.83 μm from day 7 to day 9. The findings indicate that the suitable temperature for larvae of the clam was about 22-30 ℃, with the optimal temperature of 26 ℃,and the suitable salinity was about 20-30 for the larvae.
