Abstract: The anatomy and histology of main organs of sea anemone Anthopleyra xanthogrammica were described. The sea anemone is a two-germinal layer animal and radition symmetry in body form. The main organs include epidermis, tentacles, mesemcery, gonads and digestive tract consists of mouth, stomodaeum and gastrovascular cavity. The epithelia are composed of epithelio-muscular cells, in which many gland cells are distributed. Besides, there are three types of cnidoblasts (nematooysts) in the epithelioma of the tentacles, mesentery filament and stomodaeum. Cnidoblasts in different places have different functions. The gonads are the follicular style and are composed of germ cells and nutrition cells.
