Abstract: The bacterioplankton biomass and its dynamics were studied in current water pond 1#, static water pond 2# and rotifer food culturing pond 3#. The results showed that the mean density of bacterioplankton in ponds 1#, 3# and 2# were (14.55±5.67)〖KG-*4〗×108 /L,(8.44±2.75)〖KG-*4〗×108 /L and (24.52±8.71)〖KG-*4〗×108 /L,respectively; and the mean biaomass of bacterioplankton were (6.75±2.63), (4.39±1.01) and (11.38±4.52)mg/L, respectively The nanophytoplankton was major producer in earth rotifer-culturing ponds, the density of phytoplankton, particularly nanoalgae, determined the possible that the bacterrioplankton could be a significant provider for rotifer food The dynamics of bacterrioplankton changed with the change in COD
