Abstract: The pharmacokinetic parameters(PK-PD parameter) of norfloxacin against bacterium Aeromonas hydrophila was studied by vitro pharmacokinetic models. In vitro model with elimination half-life of 3.4 h,the bacterium was inhibited for 4 h by 2MIC,4MIC and 8 MIC norfloxacin and continuously inhibited in the 24 h entire experiment by 16 MIC norfloxacin. In the vitro model with elimination half-life of 77 h,the inhibitory effect of 2MIC norfloxacin against the bacterium was continued for 4h and then the bacterium regrew.4MIC,8MIC and 16MIC norfloxacin showed continously inhabitative action on the bacterium. It is concluded that in the vitro model with elimination half-life of 3.4h continous inhabitation of the bacterium by norfloxacin could be achieved at the condition of AUC0→24 h/MIC〉42.43±9.21 and Cmax/MIC〉15.78±0.22 and in the vitro model with elimination half-life of 77 h AUC0→24 h/MIC〉41.87±10.16 and Cmax/MIC〉4.79±0.11.
