Abstract: The rotifer enriched by yeast,alga Chlorella pyrenoidosa or alga Spirulina platensis meal were fed to silver sea perch Lates calcarifer,ovate pompano Trachinotus ovatus and red drum Sciaenops ocellatus during artificial breeding.The result showed that the fry fed the rotifer enriched by the yeast had survival rate 0%-4.3%,and those fed the rotifer enriched by Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Spirulina platensis 85.3%-97.3% and 79.3%-94.3%,respectively,indicating that the rotifer fed by C.pyrenoidosa and S.platensis had significantly capacity of increase in the survival rate of the fry.
