Abstract: Immune parameters were analysed in the haemolymph of white - leg shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei acclimated at different temperatures( 18,22,26 and 30 ℃ at salinity 32 ) for 1,5,15, and 30 days. The results showed that there was significant influence of temperature on the activities of phenoloxidase, superoxide dismutase and alkaline phosphatase ( P 〈 0.05 ). Upon the temperature varied, the enzyme activities mentioned above showed different change tendencies and stabilized after 15 days. Since then, the peak activity of all the enzymes appeared at 22 - 26℃, followed by at 30 ℃ and then at 18℃.
