摘要 研究了氯氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯对栉孔扇贝Chlamysfarreri的急性毒性作用和不同农药浓度对栉孔扇贝鳃ATP酶的影响.结果表明:氯氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯对栉孔扇贝的96 h LC50分别为0.240、1.742mg/L,安全浓度分别为2.40、17.40μg/L,栉孔扇贝对氰戊菊酯的敏感性低于氯氰菊酯;不同浓度的氯氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯均使栉孔扇贝鳃Na+/K+-ATP、Ca2+-ATP、Mg2+-ATP酶的活性有不同程度的提高,这是扇贝对农药作出的一种急性应急反应.
Abstract: The acute toxicity of cypermethrin and fenvalerate to scallop (Chlamys farreri) was determined and the effects of different concentrations of cypermethrin and fenvalerate on ATPase in the gills were studied. The result shows that the 96 h LC50 of cypermethrin and fenvalerate was 0.240, and 1.742 mg/L, respectively, with the safe concentrations of 2.40, and 17.40 μg/L. There were increase in the activity of Na^+/K^+ - ATPase, Ca^2+ - ATPase, Mg^2+ - ATPase in the experimental concentrations of cypermethrin and fenvalerate, indicating that the ATPase is a good biological target.
