Abstract: Transfer, absorption and distribution of metsulfuron in artificial aquatic ecosystemwas studied by isotope tracing and simulated aquatic ecosystem techniques and HPLC. The re-sults revealed that merely 28. 56% of metsulfuron in mud and the mostly of metsulfuron wasfound in water at the end of this experiment ( after 45 days). The change in metsulfuron con-cention in water was expressed by equation as:y = 74. 912 e-0.059x R = 0. 95 , with halftime about 12 days . The concentration factors ( CF)of14C - metsulfuron in the organism rangein order of descent were Ceratophyllum demersum > Spirodela polyrhiza > Bellamya purificata> Tilapia nilctica. The accumulate of metsulfuron in Ceratophyllum demersum and Spirodelapolyrhiza distinctness increased with extended exposure. The concentration degree inside Tilapianilctica body: bowel > head > trunk. The concention in snail bowel balanced at 25 days and thesurface absorption in snail shell .
