大连近海光棘球海胆生殖周期的初步研究

摘要 1990年对大连近海光棘球海胆生殖腺指数进行周年调查,并对其生殖腺发育进行了组织学观察.结果表明:该海区光棘球海胆的自然期限为7月末9月下旬,盛期限为8月中下旬至9月上旬, 这一时期的水温为22～20℃,处于水温自然下降季节.雄性成熟略早于雌性.全年生死腺肥满期限出现在6～8月初为宜.

Abstract: The investigation on gonad index of sea urchin, \%Strongylocentrotus nudus\% in Dalian in a whole year and histological observation on the gonad development of the sea urchin showed that the natural spawning of \%Strong ylocentrotus nudus\% occurred from the end of July to late September in Dalian, peak time being from mid August to early September when water temperature decreased from 22℃ to 20℃ The male matures a little earlier than the female does The gonad maturation was from July to August, and the gonad atrophy was from October to April. The optimum capture duration of \%Strongylocentrotus nudus\% is from June to early August
