The chromosome set variation in hybridization of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus with Paramisgurnus dabryanus and in artificial and rogenetic P. dabryanus

Abstract: The chromosome number of\% Misgurnus anguillicaudatu\%s (♀) mating with\% M. anguillicaudatus\% (♂) offspring is 2n=100; When\% M. anguillicaudatus \%(♀) hybridizes with \%Paramisgurnus dabryanus\% (♂) directly, the offspring has chromosome number of 2n=74, it was not found the chromosome lost during the embryos development. When the eggs of\% M. anguillicaudatus\% were irradiated by ultraviolet rays (UV) and fertilized with \%P. dabryanus\%, without diploidization treatment, the chromosome set of 86% offspring come from paternal, it is androgenetic haploid\% P. dabryanus\%, n=24; after the diploidization treatment, the offspring are pure androgenetic diploid \%P. dabryanus\%, the chromosome set numbers are 2n=48.
