Partial nucleotide sequence of 12S rRNA gene in mitochondrial DNA of Plagusia dentipes

摘要 于1996年8月在日本东京水产大学坂田试验场海岸岩礁地带采集齿突斜纹蟹(Plagusia dentipes)样品,参考果蝇(Drosophila yakuba)与蚤状溞(Daphnia pulex)线粒体DNA中12S rRNA基因片段序列进行了其引物设计、PCR扩增及序列测定,得到齿突斜纹蟹线粒体DNA中12S rRNA基因片段的碱基序列为447 bp,其中腺嘌呤(A)、胸腺嘧啶(T)、鸟嘌呤(G)、胞嘧啶(C)含量分别为160 bp (35.8%)、162 bp (36.2%)、78 bp (17.5%)、47 bp (10.5%),与果蝇和蚤状溞12S rRNA相同基因片段序列含量相似.
Abstract: In August 1996, \%Plagusia dentipes\% was collected from rocky and weedy intertidal area near the Banda Marine Laboratory of Tokyo University of Fisheries, Chiba Prefecture, Japan The primers of 12S rRNA gene in mtDNA of \%Plagusia dentipes\% were designed by using the sequences of \%Drosophila yakuba\% and \%Daphnia pulex\% We amplified and sequenced the 447 base pairs that encode the 12S rRNA region of mitochondrial DNA The A, T, G, C contents of the sequences were 160 bp (35 8%),162 bp (36 2%), 78 bp(17 5%), 47 bp (10 5%) respectively, which are similar to the same region of the sequences of \%Drosophila yakuba\% or \%Daphnia pulex\%
