摘要 病害的早期诊断是水产动物病害防治中的重要环节,传统的早期诊断主要通过生化反应和血清学试验来实现,该方法耗时久,要求操作人员具备一定的专业素质。随着分子生物学技术的快速发展,一种高效、简便且特异性强的核酸扩增技术——环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)应运而生,LAMP是基于聚合酶链式反应和探针核酸检测技术的分子检测手段,可以检测动植物体内的病原菌、病毒、寄生虫和真菌等病原生物,在水产动物病原生物检测中应用广泛,如虹彩病毒(Iridovirus)、疱疹病毒(Herpesvirus)、爱德华氏菌属Edwardsiella、弧菌属Vibrio、黏孢子虫属Myxosporea、华支睾吸虫Clonorchis sinensis等。近年来该技术被不断改进,并被广泛应用于水产养殖动物的病害检测中,具有较广阔的发展前景。

Abstract: Early diagnosis is pivotal for disease control of aquaculture animals. Previously, physiological and biochemical reactions and serological tests have been applied for disease diagnosis. However, it is difficult to diffuse and adopt these methods due to time and expertise required. With the rapid development of molecular biological technique, polymerase chain reaction and probe-based nucleic acid detection have been used widely in disease diagnosis of aquatic animals. The loop-mediated isothermal amplification as an efficient, simple and specific nucleic acid amplification technique can detect viral, bacterial, parasitic, and fungal diseases in both plants and animals,and has been used in detection of pathogen in aquatic animals since it was established. According to previous studies, quite a lot of aquatic pathogens including Iridovirus, Herpesvirus, EdwardsiellaVibrioMyxosporeaClonorchis sinensis have been detected effectively using this technology. This technology is considered to be of great development prospect, and has been continuously improved and widely used in the pathogen detection of aquaculture animals in recent years.
