Abstract: The pharmacokinetics and residues of allicin were studied in Songpumirror carp Cyprinus carpio Songpu exposed to oral administration at a dose of 7.5 mg/kg(body weight)at water temperature of(20.0±0.5)℃by means of gas chromatography(GC).The drug concentrations in plasma weremonitored 0.25,0.50,0.75,1.00,1.50,2.00,4.00,6.00,8.00,12.00,24.00,36.00,48.00 h,and 72.00 h after drug administration, and analyzed by DAS 3.0 software. The results showed that the concentrations of allicin in muscle versus time were well described by two-department openmodelwith first-order absorption after a single oral administration. The residues in Songpu mirror carp by oral administration for 3 d once a day was found to be less than the maximal residue limit(MRL)(10μg/kg)at the day 15 for DADS and DATS.The findings indicate that the withdrawal time should be 15 d after administration under these conditions.
