两种等鞭金藻外部形态与超微结构的观察比较

摘要 用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了湛江等鞭金藻Isochrysis zhanjiangensis sp.nov和球等鞭金藻I.galbana的外部形态和内部结构,并对两者的形态构造进行了比较。电镜观察结果表明:湛江等鞭金藻个体比球等鞭金藻个体略大,两者均有两条几乎等长的鞭毛,光滑且无附着物和鞭毛膨胀体,但湛江等鞭金藻的鞭毛与藻体长比大于球等鞭金藻;湛江等鞭金藻藻体表面覆盖2~4层鳞片,鳞片有两种类型,而球等鞭金藻藻体表面仅有一些小的圆形颗粒状突起,无鳞片覆盖;湛江等鞭金藻有1个色素体,位于细胞中后部,纵切面可见色素体呈“杯形”,球等鞭金藻有2个色素体,位于细胞两侧,少数色素体中有数个中等电子密度的嗜锇颗粒。两者色素体中有蛋白核,常被1至多条类囊体穿过;细胞核位于细胞中部;白糖素核1~2个,位于细胞中前部;细胞内都有线粒体和高尔基体。在两种金藻的高尔基复合体层叠状潴泡末端附近,均可以观察到有许多球形类似被膜泡囊的结构。

Abstract: The morphology and ultrastmcture of two alga species Isochrysis zhanjiangensis sp. nov and Isochrysis galban Parke were comparatively observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The I. zhanjiangensis sp. nov was a little bigger in size than L galban though they both had two nearly equal, smooth flagella without body - hesion. I. zhanjiangensis sp. nov had the cellular surface covered with 2 - 4 layers of different shaped scales and higher ratio of flagella length to cellular length than I. galban. However, the cellular surface of I. galban was covered with small circular particles without scales. One cup - shaped chromatophore was situated in postmedian of I. zhanjiangensis sp. nov. The I. galban cell had two chloroplasts found in two sides of the cell, a few osmiophilic granules with median electron density in the chloroplasts. The pyrenoid was situated in chromatophore and pierced by one or several thylakoids. The nuclei were situated in the middle of the two Isochrysis cells, and one or two chrysolaminaraes were situated in the anterior cell. Mitochondria and Golgi body were in both of the cells. There were many global structures nearby the Golgi body cisternae coated with vesicles in both Isochrysis.
