摘要 对渔用单死结高强度聚乙烯(HSPE)机织网片和单死结普通聚乙烯(PE)机织网片的拉伸力学性能进行了比较。结果表明,在同等条件下,HSPE与PE机织网片的拉伸力学性能有明显差异,前者有较高的网片强力,而后者具有较大的断裂伸长率。网片拉伸力学性能测试数据的标准差、再现性标准差及变异系数均较小,表示测试结果的分散性较小。在保持其它条件不变的前提下,使用HSPE机织网片比使用PE机织网片更经济。

Abstract: Comparisons of mechanical tensile properties of high - strength polyethylene machine weaving netting in English knot type (HSPE machine weaving netting) with common polyethylene machine weaving netting in English knot type (PE machine weaving netting) have been made by applying the SC 5005 fisheries trade standard, GB/T 18673 national standard. The results indicated that, under the same condition( including linear density of monofilament used for weaving netting, mesh size, resultant linear density of twine, netting ply and twisted technology), there were significant differences between the 36 - strand HSPE machine weaving netting and 36 - strand PE machine weaving netting in tensile mechanical properties. Under the condition mentioned, above the 36 - strand HSPE machine weaving netting has an advantage over 36 - strand PE machine weaving netting in netting strength, while in percentage of breaking elongation in the same direction ( either in the N - direction or in the T - direction), the latter is bigger than the former. The standard deviation of the testing results, the standard deviation of the reproducibility tests, and the coefficient variation of the up - mentioned tests are rather small; this means, under the condition of repeat or reproducibility, variation in the testing results are quite small either. Under the prerequisite of a netting strength advantage, the HSPE machine weaving netting, if used in trawler or other fishing is more economical than PE machine weaving netting. It is feasible for us to apphcation and dissemination of the HSPE machine weaving netting in fishing.
