摘要

为研究不同养殖密度对2龄刀鲚Coilia nasus生长的影响,选取体质量为(4.43±1.25)g的2龄刀鲚,分别按500 ind./667 m2(A组)、1 000 ind./667 m2(B组)和1 500 ind./667 m2(C组)3个养殖密度进行养殖,每个组设3个平行,试验周期为189 d。结果表明:A组末体质量、末体长、增重率、体长增长率和体质量特定生长率均优于B组和C组(P<0.05);A组成活率显著高于C组(P<0.05),但与B组无显著性差异(P>0.05);3个组单位面积产量(A组8.59 kg/667 m2,B组7.28 kg/667 m2,C组11.33 kg/667 m2)无显著性差异(P>0.05);不同养殖密度下,2龄刀鲚的肥满度、脏体比和比肠长无显著性差异(P>0.05),C组肝体比显著高于B 组(P<0.05),但与A组无显著性差异(P>0.05);3个密度组,2龄刀鲚体质量与体长均呈幂函数相关,即m=aLb(a=0.000 8~0.002 8,b=3.076 8~3.534 3),体长、体质量生长均可用一次线性函数拟合(L=at+ba=0.029~0.048,b=11.625~12.510;m=at+ba=0.080~0.146,b=3.142~5.576);3个密度组,体长、体质量变异系数无显著性差异(P>0.05),A组体长为18.1~22.9 cm的个体占样本总数的90.0%,体质量为25.31~40.94 g的个体占样本总数的88.3%,均优于其余两组。研究表明,随着养殖密度的提高,2龄刀鲚的生长性能逐渐降低,参照本试验条件,2龄刀鲚养殖可采用500 ind./667 m2作为适宜养殖密度。

Abstract

To investigate the influence of stocking density on growth of two-year old tapertail anchovy Coilia nasus with initial body mass of (4.43±1.25) g were reared in a 667 m2 enclosure in 3 ponds at stocking density of 500 ind./667 m(group A), 1 000 ind./667 m(group B) and 1 500 ind./667 m2 (group C) and fed oriental river prawn Macrobrachium nipponense for 189 days with triplication. The results showed that there were significantly higher body mass, body length, weight gain rate, growth rate and specific growth rate in group A than those in group B and group C (P<0.05), with significantly higher survival rate in group A than that in group C (P<0.05), and without significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05) and without significant difference in yield per unit area in the three groups (8.59 kg/667 m2 in group A, 7.28 kg/667 m2 in group B and 11.33 kg/667 m2 in group C) (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in the condition factor, viscera-somatic index (VSI) and relative gut length (RGL) in the two-year old tapertail anchovy (P>0.05), significantly higher hepato-somatic index (HSI) in group C than that in group B (P<0.05),without significant difference from group A (P>0.05). The body mass was shown to be correlated with body length using a power function m=aLb(a=0.000 8-0.002 8, b=3.076 8-3.534 3), and the relationship between body length or body weight and culture days was well described by a linear function (L=at+ba=0.029-0.048, b=11.625-12.510; m=at+ba=0.080-0.146, b=3.142-5.576), without significant difference in the coefficient of variations of body mass and body length in three groups (P>0.05). In group A, 90.0% of individuals with body length of 18.1-22.9 cm in the total sample number, and 88.3% of individuals with body mass of 25.31-40.94 g in the total sample number, better than that in other groups. The findings indicated that the two-year old tapertail anchovy had decrease in growth performance with the increase in stocking density, with the optimal stocking density of 500 ind./667 m2 in this experimental conditions.
