北京潮白河水系浮游动物群落结构特征及水质评价

北京潮白河水系浮游动物群落结构特征及水质评价

摘要

为探究北京潮白河水系浮游动物群落结构特征,分别于2016年6月和9月对潮白河水系11个水体(3条河流、7个水库和1个湖泊)进行了采样调查。结果表明:2016年6月潮白河水系共发现浮游动物98种,9月共发现131种,种类组成均以原生动物和轮虫类为主;6月潮白河水系浮游动物平均密度为4415.3 ind./L,平均生物量为1.88 mg/L,浮游动物Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)平均值为2.76;9月平均密度为2977.4 ind./L,平均生物量为2.09 mg/L,H′平均值为3.15;基于H′指数与综合营养状态指数的水质评价结果显示,潮白河水系2016年6月水质处于中度富营养状态,9月处于轻度富营养状态;CCA分析显示,是影响潮白河水系6月浮游动物群落结构的主要环境因子,和水温是影响9月浮游动物群落结构的主要环境因子。研究表明,北京潮白河水系水质整体呈中度富营养状态,原生动物和轮虫为浮游动物主要优势类群, Chl-a与水温是影响浮游动物群落结构的主要环境因子,本研究结果可为潮白河水系生态环境的保护、生态修复、生态服务价值评估等提供数据资料。

Abstract

Community structure characteristics of zooplankton and water quality were investigated in Chaobai River system including in 3 rivers, 7 reservoirs and 1 lake in Beijing in June and September 2016. The results showed that 98 species of zooplankton were found in the Chaobai River system in June and 131 species of zooplankton in September. The species composition of zooplankton was dominated by protozoa and rotifers. In June, there was average density of zooplankton at 4415.3 ind./L, with average biomass of 1.88 mg/L, and the average Shannon-Wiener diversity index of 2.76. In September, the average density of zooplankton was found at 2977.4 ind./L, with average biomass of 2.09 mg/L, and the diversity index of 3.15. The zooplankton diversity index and comprehensive nutrient status index evealed that the water quality was in the medium eutrophication state in Chaobai River in June 2016, with slight eutrophication in September 2016. Canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) showed that contents of Chl-a, and  level and transparency(SD) and water temperature were the main environmental factors affecting zooplankton community structure in Chaobai River in September. The findings indicated that the water quality of Chaobai River in Beijing was in the medium eutrophication state, with dominant species zooplankton of protozoa and rotifers, the main environmental factors of Chl-a and water temperature, which will provide some scientific basis and basic data for the protection and ecological restoration of the ecological environment in the Chaobai River system and the evaluation of ecological service values in the future.
