大连市金州海带养殖区理化因子动态及营养状况评价

摘要 为调查海带Laminaria japonica养殖区的水质状况,选取大连市金州正明寺和登沙河两个典型海带养殖区,以及登沙河附近排污口海区,研究了海带养殖期间各理化因子的动态,并对水质进行了评价。结果表明:在水温为(5.90依5.10)益、透明度为(1.2依0.4)m、pH为8.12依0.09、溶解氧(DO)饱和度> 90%的条件下,海带生长良好,养殖中后期无机氮(DIN)和可溶性活性磷(DIP)明显下降;单因子污染指数法评价表明,3个海区的DO、CODMn、pH均符合国家二类水质标准,DIN、DIP含量在养殖前期超标,最高达四类或超四类海水水质;综合营养状况评价表明,两养殖海区均属贫营养水体,主要表现为氮限制,而污水口海区为富营养水体,DIN含量高,呈较严重的磷限制;有机污染指数评价表明,登沙河水质良好率为80%,正明寺为60%,污水口为40%,因此,养殖中后期按照合适的氮磷比例适当施肥将对海带生长有利。本研究结果可为完善海带的健康养殖技术、评价海带养殖的生态作用以及海区的合理开发利用提供参考。

Abstract: The dynamics of physical and chemical factorswas studied in two typical kelp Laminaria japonica culture areas at Zhengmingsiand Dengshahe in Jinzhou aswell as the sewage outletnear the Dengshahe and thewater qual-ity was assessed in those regions in order to clarify the water quality of kelp culture areas.The results showed that the kelps grew well at water temperature of(5.90依5.10)益,Secchi disk transparency of(1.2依0.4)m,pH 8.12依0.09,and dissolved oxygen(DO)saturation>90%,with significantly lower levels of inorganic nitrogen (DIN)and soluble active phosphors(DIP)in themiddle and late cultivation period.Assessment by single factor pollution indexmethod revealed that the levels of DO,CODMnand pH in the three coastal areaswere in accordance with the national second-classwater quality standard,the DIN and DIP levels being excessive in the early cultiva-tion period,and thewater quality reachng or exceeding the criterion of the forth-class seawater.In the comprehen-sive trophic status,the poor trophic water body was found in the two sea cultivation areas,with nitrogen limit,eu-trophic water body at sewagemouth area,and high DIN level due to phosphorus limit.The evaluation of the organic pollution index indicated that80%of the water quality was good at the Denshahe,60%at Zhengmingsi,and only 40%at sewage outlet.It can be inferred that the kelp has good growth atappropriate fertilization during the cultiva-tion period according to the appropriate ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus.The findings provide a reference for perfec-ting the healthy breeding technology of kelp,accurate evaluation of the ecological effect of kelp farming and the ra-tional exploitation and utilization of the sea areas.
