摘要 针对目前进口设备Galaxy-C/GPSTNL7001接受机在渔船上应用的局限性,设计开发了新的通讯终端软件系统。该系统支持中英文混合通讯,在在海难救助时,自动生成英文报警电文,对要监测和指挥的动态目标能够地地在电子海图上显示其动态信息,在能实现双向中文通讯,适合在中国远洋渔船上应用,在其它领域也有推广应用价值。

Abstract: In view of the limitation of import equipment,Galaxy-C/GPS TNL7001 receiver,in chinese fishing vessels, a new system in communication is developed. The system supports both Chinese and English communication. The system can produce automatically alarm text in English in need of rescue operation and it can displays the dynamic information of the monitored targets in real time on the Electromic chart. It is suitable for overseas fishing vessel and can be applied in other fields.
