长海带海区暂养与栽培技术的研究

摘要

报道了长海带幼苗暂养及海区栽培技术方面的研究结果。10月上旬出库2.0cm左右的长海带幼苗经过1个月的海区暂养长度可达30cm以上。在水温19 ̄15℃范围内,幼苗出库暂养的时间越早,其生长速度越快,暂养所需时间越短。11月上旬分苗的长海带幼苗经过在大连海区6个月的栽培生长成为长10.2m,宽40cm的成藻,显示出藻体大、生长速度快、适温范围广、晚熟等优良性状。长海带最适栽培深度为1.5m,最适栽培

Abstract

This paper reports the study results on holding culture of sporeling and cultivation technique of \%Laminaria longissima\% Mayabe in sea water zone on the basis of the indoor culture and sporeling rearing As shown below,the sporeling 2 0 cm in length coming out of culture tank early in October can reach 30 cm through holding culture for a month A water temperature of 19~15℃, the earlier the seedling comes out of nursery pool for holding culture,the faster the seedling grows, the shorter the time is for holding culture of seedling The sporeling of seed transplantation early in November can grow up to adult plant 10 2 m in length and 40 cm in width throug cultivition for six months in Dalian sea water zone, which displays the fine characteristics of large adult seaweed, fast growth, wide adaptation of temperature and late maturation The optimum cultivation depth and spacing in the rows of \%Laminaria longissima\% Mayabe are 1 5 m and 15 cm respectively The earlier the seed separation,the higher the output from the first of November to the tenth of december
