摘要 通过实验和理论分析研究,探讨了球形沉子在水中自由下沉时的沉降规律。分析结果表明:沉子在水中自由沉降时,为变加速直线运动,加速度随时间的增加而趋近于零;沉降速度随时间的增加而趋近于恒定值;随沉子质量的增加,沉降速度呈增加趋势,但速度的变化率逐渐减小;沉降深度随时间的增加而趋于直线性增加。

Abstract: The subsiding regularity of spherical sinkers is investigated through experiment and theoretical analysis. The results are obtained as follows: the subsiding acceleration is varied with time, getting to zero as the time increases, whereas the subsiding speed reaching a constant; the subsiding speed tends to increase as the quantity of sinker increasing, but the variation is decreasing; subsiding depth is linear with time.
