摘要

报道了长海带配子体,幼孢子体的室内培养、配子体采苗,孢子采苗及育苗的研究结果。在10 ̄20℃,1000 ̄4000lx的温度和照度范围内,长海带配子体生长的最适条件是15℃,3000lx。温度是影响长海带配子体成熟的主要因素,在10℃下配子体的成熟度最高,在15℃、3000lx和10℃,4000lx条件下长海带幼孢子体生长速度最快,采用配子体采苗和孢子采苗两种方式进行长海带人工育苗试验,培育出长度为

Abstract

This paper deals with the indoor rearing of gametophyte and young sporophytes, collecting of gametophytes and spores and seed rearing for Laminaria longissima Mijabe . Experiments under 10~20℃ and 1000~4000 lx, the optimum condition is 15℃ and 3000 lx. Temperature is the main factor which affects the growth of gametophyte, and the highest maturity rate is at 10℃. At 15℃ and 3000 lx young sporophyte of Laminaria longissima Mijabe grows best, so does at 10℃ and 4000 lx.The 2.5 million seedlings with 0.5~2.0 cm in length are produced through artificial seeding rearing experiment by seed collecting of gametophytes and spores of Laminaria longissima Mijabe.
