摘要 报道了长海带配子体，幼孢子体的室内培养、配子体采苗，孢子采苗及育苗的研究结果。在１０￣２０℃，１０００￣４０００ｌｘ的温度和照度范围内，长海带配子体生长的最适条件是１５℃，３０００ｌｘ。温度是影响长海带配子体成熟的主要因素，在１０℃下配子体的成熟度最高，在１５℃、３０００ｌｘ和１０℃，４０００ｌｘ条件下长海带幼孢子体生长速度最快，采用配子体采苗和孢子采苗两种方式进行长海带人工育苗试验，培育出长度为

Abstract: This paper deals with the indoor rearing of gametophyte and young sporophytes, collecting of gametophytes and spores and seed rearing for Laminaria longissima Mijabe . Experiments under 10～20℃ and 1000～4000 lx, the optimum condition is 15℃ and 3000 lx. Temperature is the main factor which affects the growth of gametophyte, and the highest maturity rate is at 10℃. At 15℃ and 3000 lx young sporophyte of Laminaria longissima Mijabe grows best, so does at 10℃ and 4000 lx.The 2.5 million seedlings with 0.5～2.0 cm in length are produced through artificial seeding rearing experiment by seed collecting of gametophytes and spores of Laminaria longissima Mijabe.
