Abstract: A sinusoidal oscillation circuit composed of simulated inductance and negative resistance converter is put forward according to the principle of simulated inductance and negative resistance conversion. The circuit can produce a sine wave which has big amplitude and high frequency and both of the amplitude and frequency could be easily regulated. The paper analyses the operation principles of simulated inductance and negative resistance converter, and gives the circuit vibration conditions and frequency formula. The experiment results and regulation method of the circuit are also presented
