Abstract: Gynogenesis techniques were artificially used to treat the ova in 4 - year old golden rainbow trout ( Oncorhynchus mykiss) weighing 1.7 kg for males and 2.4 kg for females and newly hatched larvae were obtained by induction of all - female diploid to get the all - female triploid, which were obtained from the fertilized eggs treated by heat shock, to sex reversed males (Pseudo - milter) by androgens with 80% of successful rate. The inversion rate of pseudo - miher was found to be 75%. The fact that the spermatozoa were artificially activated in seminal plasma with different pH values revealed that 75% - 80% of the triploid frequency with some segmental chimera was observed in the artificial seminal plasma with pH value as high as 9 - 10.
