摘要 在分析船舶操纵性能的基础上,确定了评价船舶操纵性能的指标,并利用工程模糊集理论中的多级模糊识别模型对船舶操纵性能进行了评价,结果表明,用多级模糊识别模型对船舶操纵性能进行评价,可省去建立绝对隶属函数的大量繁杂工作,并能在一定程度上消除人为的主观影响.

Abstract: The indexes for ship maneuverability assessment are chosen first on the basis of analyzing and engineering fuzzy set is applied for maneuverability assessment of different kinds of ship. It shows that the method is practicable and can save a lot of work and eliminate some subjective errors in certain extent.
