摘要 利用尿素饲喂反刍动物可节省其它动植物蛋白质饲料资源.然而因纯尿素在动物瘤胃中水解快,极易造成动物氨中毒和尿素损失,使尿素的添加量和利用率受到很大限制.作者利用挤压技术生产膨化尿素精料,通过优选挤出机的工艺参数和合理的尿素添加量,使尿素在融溶状态被糊化的玉米淀粉膜包围,大大降低了其水解速度.试验结果表明,当螺杆长径比为10、转速300 r/min、模板开孔率为14%左右时,膨化尿素精料的产量和质量比较理想,添加尿素的质量分数可达10%,水解速度降低2倍以上.

Abstract: Urea, a substitute of high grade proteins, may be used to feed the ruminant animals The amount of pure urea fed was limited largely as its high hydrolytic rate in the animals'rumen Thus, extruding method was applied to improve the quality of urea bearing feed Urea addition might be coated with boiled starch at its melted state by optimizing the parameters which affect the machine's performance Experimental results showed that if the \%L/D\%, the speed of screw, and the opening rate of the die was held at 10, 300 r/min and 14% respectively, the amount of urea in the extruded urea bearing product could reach up to 10%, and high product quality and productivity were also achieved
