Abstract: This article discusses the requirement of the power vector under the condition of satisfied comprehensive function definition in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation problem.It brings to light the matching conditions of power vector and composite operatorand the corresponding criterion for power vectordetermination. And it also analyses the significance of evaluation and its application problem of common composite operator, which provides the evaluation organizers the basic criterion for chooing composite operator and determining power vector.
