摘要以野生豹纹鳃棘鲈Plectropomus leopardus为材料,采用抽血、植物血球凝集素( PHA)和秋水仙素体腹腔注射法,取头肾细胞制备染色体标本,对其染色体核型和Ag-NORs进行了分析。结果表明：豹纹鳃棘鲈二倍体染色体数目为48,其核型公式为2n=2st(t)+46t, NF=48；仅有1对NORs位于第1对染色体长臂靠近着丝粒的位置。

Abstract: The karyotypic and Ag-NORs patterns were investigated in chromosomes of head kidneys of wild leopard coraltrout Plectropomus leopardus collected from Hainan in vivo treated with phytohemagglutinin (PHA) and colchicines and by Giemsa and Ag-NORs staining techniques. The results showed that leopard coraltrout had karyotypic formula of 2n=2st(t)+46t, and NF=48, and one pair of NORs on the long arm of pair No.1.
