Abstract: Apparent digestibility of protein and total dry matter of six artificially prepared diets of two series and four feed ingredients were determined on sea urchin (\%Strongylocentrotus intermedius\%) by using chromic oxide (Cr 2 O 3 ) as an indicator. The results showed that the apparent digestibility of protein and total dry matter for sea urchin on soybean meal (which were 80 6% and 43 4%,respectively) were significantly higher than that of fish meal (which were 63 0% and 35 8%,respectively)(\%P\%<0 01); A 1 (which were 70 4% and 51 3%, respectively) were significantly higher than other prepared diets (\%P\%<0 05) The apparent digestibility of sea urchin on prepared diets increased with the increase in temperature from 14℃ to 20℃
